What We Offer, Testimonials, and FAQ

Opening Up a World of Better Possibilities

Salzburg Global is where open-minded leaders from around the world gather for breakthrough conversations on pressing global issues.

Since 1947, our programs have worked to overcome barriers and open up a world of better possibilities–creating spaces where divergent voices can address the big challenges of our time.

Our two main offices are in Salzburg, Austria, and Washington, D.C.

At Salzburg Global, internships are more than learning experiences — they’re an invitation to join a community built on connection, care, and shared purpose.

From day one, you’re not “just an intern”—you’re an important and valued member of an international team where you work alongside colleagues, Fellows, partners, and stakeholders from around the world.

You’ll collaborate across cultures and contribute to meaningful projects in our programs. We match your interests and talents with purposeful work—from contributing to our programs, communications, and marketing to research, library support, and institutional development projects.

Your experience as an intern fosters both professional growth and personal development, allowing you to make a real impact.

Whether you’re launching your career or exploring your path, our internships offer more than experience—they offer connection, challenge, and belonging.
