A Shared Model for Essential Skills: The Skills Builder Universal Framework
Karanga Monthly Community Call
In our recent session, we had the opportunity to dive into the Skills Builder Universal Framework - a shared model designed to build, measure, and strengthen essential skills across education, employment, and impact sectors. Together, we explored why the framework was created in partnership with employers, educators, and organisations, and how it has been developed to be both rigorous and measurable. The discussion highlighted what the framework has enabled so far, from clearer skill progression to more consistent assessment, as well as the insights gained through its implementation.
