Temuulen Enkhbat is an urban practitioner, working as a program lead at GerHub, a social innovation nonprofit based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. She works to find innovative, grassroots solutions to urbanization challenges through placemaking, community engagement, and youth participation, focused on informal settlements. As an active member of the community, she works as a vice-curator of Global Shapers Ulaanbaatar Hub, leading several initiatives to increase green space accessibility in Ulaanbaatar and improve youth employability. In 2024, Temuulen was selected as one of the fifty youths to represent the North Asia region to participate in the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting, where she voiced youth perspectives in panel discussions. She is a member of the Youth Advisory Board of 1t.org where she works with the youths around the world for collective climate action. She was selected as one of the ten fellows across Asia of the LeadNext Program from the Asia Foundation in 2023. She was the youngest fellow to participate in the Emerging Urban Leaders Program from the Salzburg Global Seminar and World Urban Parks in 2022 which provided a platform to engage with fellow urban practitioners working on urban green and public space development. She received her bachelor's degree in city/urban, community and regional planning from the National University of Mongolia.
