Florian Niederseer is the press speaker for the Austrian political party NEOS in Salzburg. Apart from his public sector work, he is active as an LGBTQIA+ rights activist, as he is the initiator of Unken Pride, a pride parade in his hometown, and a co-organizer of the Salzburg Pride. After finishing his studies of history and sociology in Glasgow, United Kingdom, he returned back to his home country, Austria, where he founded a rurally-focused LGBTQIA+ association called Heublumen. He stands up for the rights of people through his art. As a slam poet, he travels and performs in English and German across Europe. As a slam poetry organizer in three different countries, he has given a stage to people, and a platform for their voices to be heard. Creativity has always been crucial for him, as he likes to express himself and connect with people through art.
