Reinhardt Rehearses Shakespeare (Reinhardt probt Shakespeare)

For the third time, Salzburg Global invited acting students to Schloss Leopoldskron for a special creative experience. Directed by Michael Sturminger in collaboration with Alexandra Althoff, this intensive theater workshop at Schloss Leopoldskron offered selected students from the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna the opportunity to develop an independent production based on Shakespeare's sonnets. The lyrical masterpieces were transformed into dramatic vignettes and short scenes and performed as a site-specific theater piece at Schloss Leopoldskron. This performance was a tribute to the artistic legacy of Max Reinhardt and an experience that pushed artistic boundaries while keeping his vision alive for new generations.
