Sciana: The Health Leaders Network, Cohort 5 Meeting 4

The final meeting of the Sciana Cohort 5 focused on finalising the Cohort's challenge work and formulating a common message for their cohort challenge topic, "Building a connected and sustainable health ecosystem based on One Health principles and approaches."

This meeting allowed them to:

• Develop an output of their two-year Sciana journey
• Share actions and next steps for building momentum
• Share and summarise learnings from the challenge process

Beyond these primary objectives, the meeting included various activities to enable Fellows to collaborate, reflect on their journey, and provide their experience and knowledge to Cohort 6.

The programme featured Fellow- and expert-led sessions on AI for health and inner leadership, and time for Fellows to exchange thoughts and advice for future challenges with a wider group of leaders. 

Cohort 5 Fellows will remain connected to the Network and participate in future activities, including meetings at leading international and national organizations in Europe - and Foundation-led country gatherings.
