Zainab Darlington started her journey in the banking industry as a Teller and has since grown through the various units to Head the Relationship Management Unit of First Bank of Nigeria Limited's Operational Risk Management Department. Zainab helps the Board Risk Committee of the Bank review, quality assure, and consolidate operational risk issues across the different departments within the putting plans in place to identify and mitigate current and emerging risks in compliance with best practices and the Bank's risk appetite. In her spare time Zainab works with voluntary organizations to share information on good governance, leadership, voter education, youth empowerment and women's rights. She received her bachelor's degree in Biochemistry as well as a master's degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Zainab is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
