Zahra Beg is a research associate at ECPAT International, London- a global network of civil society organizations that work to end the sexual exploitation and abuse of children. Zahra conducted research in Bosnia on transitional justice and the memorialization of sexual violence from the Srebrenica genocide. Her unique perspective reflects her upbringing, growing up and living in Luxembourg, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong, Scotland, and Jordan. Zahra is a strong advocate for¯diversity and inclusion, organizing community initiatives, meeting her reading goals, and photographing architectural feats. She holds an M.Sc. in Violence, Conflict & Development.
