Yi-ting Lien is the co-director of Tech for Good Asia. Her professional background has combined public service and academic study focused on the intersection of media, digital technologies, and politics. Drawing from her experience as a spokesperson for President Tsai Ing-wen’s re-election campaign office in 2020, as well as her previous roles at the Presidential Office and the National Security Council of Taiwan, she remains dedicated to conducting research that critically examines the impact of social media platforms on democratic participation and mobilization. Yi-ting holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from the National Taiwan University, and a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, US.
