Yasmine Omari is a locally and internationally acclaimed Palestinian audio-visual artist celebrated for her photography, video art, live video mixing (VJing), and experimental audio compositions. Her work seamlessly blends documentary and art, creating intricate soundscapes, poetic visuals, and layered symbols that explore inner landscapes, existential questions, and metaphysical themes. Beyond her artistic practice, Yasmine is a curator, community organizer, and arts educator, contributing significantly to the development of arts and culture locally and internationally. She gained international recognition for her transformative impact on the arts and culture sector in Memphis, Tennessee, before returning to Palestine to continue her work. Yasmine's practice reflects a deep commitment to fostering creativity, dialogue, and cultural exchange, bridging communities through her innovative approach to art and education.
