Yasmein is a multi-awarded peace, education and sustainability specialist and a speaker at high-level events, with eight years of experience working at the national, regional, and international levels. She is an accredited trainer on Climate Education nationally and internationally with extensive experience in designing and delivering training and workshops on climate education both online and in-person for UNESCO, IOM, IRENA and several civil society organisations, her workshops covered a wide range of climate topics including but not limited to ( climate education and ESD, climate mitigation, climate adaptation, climate justice, climate journalism, renewable energy, just and inclusive transition, climate mobility, and youth-led action on climate change). She currently works with IEFG to catalyze collective action among education philanthropies around climate issues, helping them recognize how their existing efforts intersect with the climate crisis, and guiding them on how to amplify their impact through more effective, collaborative approaches.
