Xiaoman Shi is the director of finance and administration, responsible for overseeing the U.S. finance department at the Washington, D.C. office, as well as serving as the administrative liaison for all HR and operational functions in D.C. Xiaoman reports to the Managing Director, U.S., and the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Salzburg Global, Xiaoman has gained extensive experience across both the private and nonprofit sectors. She has worked in the nonprofit sector as assistant controller at the Army Navy Country Club, finance manager at the Brookings Institution, and program analyst at the American Association of University Women. Xiaoman holds an M.B.A in finance from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in computer science from Maharishi University of Management.
