Global Tax Policy Leader, PwC US

Will is Global Tax Policy Leader at PwC, where he leads the firm’s engagement on international tax policy and regulatory developments. Based in Washington DC, he works closely with governments, business groups, and multilateral organizations to shape global tax frameworks. In 2017, he moved to PwC after 17 years at General Electric (of which 14 in London) where he directed GE’s Global Tax Policy Program, helping to shape GE’s responses to changes at both national and international levels. He is Chair Emeritus of the Business at OECD (BIAC) Tax Committee in Paris. He was Chair of the AmCham EU Tax Committee in Brussels from 2007–2023 and was Chair of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) Tax Committee in London from 2010–2016. He is also a member of the clergy team at St John’s, Lafayette Square in Washington DC. He is a Fellow of Salzburg Global.
