Will is Director of the Government Energy and Climate Campus at Apolitical, where he leads strategy, delivery, growth, partnerships, and evaluation across Apolitical's climate and energy work. He has had a distinguished career in climate and energy policy, most recently leading UK negotiating teams at the UN on biodiversity and wildlife. He co-chaired the negotiations that created the multilateral fund for nature known as the Cali Fund. Will has also held senior roles in the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury, where he oversaw UK Government spending on the environment and several pandemic response packages. He was awarded an OBE in 2024 for services to the environment.
