Senior Manager, Advancement and Engagement
Vivien Conacher is senior manager, advancement & engagement within the Individual Giving Team at Salzburg Global. Based in Salzburg, she is responsible for managing a portfolio of leadership donors, creating compelling communications content to enhance fundraising efforts, and delivering innovative engagement experiences and special events that inspire philanthropy. Prior to joining Salzburg Global Seminar at the start of 2024, Vivien was based in London where she worked for as a freelance professional opera singer before moving into event production, sales, and operations for a global corporate event company. Vivien also has extensive experience programming cultural festivals, concerts and arts events in London. She worked as programer for the annual Bloomsbury Festival, and she founded the award-winning not-for-profit organization Songhaven in 2017, which delivers dementia-friendly concert experiences. She was named as one of the Activists and Pioneers behind Dementia by the Wellcome Trust for International Women's Day in 2018 in recognition of this work. Vivien holds a B.A in English (with Distinction) and a B.Mus (with Distinction) from the University of NSW in her hometown of Sydney, and an M.Mus in vocal performance (with Distinction) from the Royal College of Music in London.
