Viktoriia Yershova is an advisor to the Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on Ukraine's Integration into the EU, senior legal expert. She is an expert in international and diplomatic affairs, EU integration, policy-making with over 16 years' experience. Viktoriia holds a Ph.D. in law from Kyiv National Economic University (Ukraine). She has studied at Northumbria University (UK), has been a visiting scholar at Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria) and Harvard Kennedy School (USA). Before joining the Parliament of Ukraine in 2019, she worked at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine on the implementation of the Governmental Action Plan for the EU-UA Association Agreement, as an associate professor at the Department of International and European Law at Kyiv National Economic University.
