Victoria St. Clair is a program analyst at the Ideas Workshop within Open Society where she currently works on the Fellowship program and grantmaking. Victoria has a robust background in research and public health. She serves as a Multiple Principal Investigator at NY Community Hospital Academic Maternal Health Equity Partnerships at Columbia University, leading projects to improve postpartum mental health and cardiovascular conditions. Her work in sexual, reproductive, and maternal health advocacy is complemented by her work with NYC community-based organizations, where she expanded doula services and maternal health resources, including to those who are housing and justice involved. She is a full spectrum community-based doula, and she is currently advancing her studies in public health & health policy, specializing in maternal, child, reproductive, and sexual health at the City University of New York.
