Vicky is a Research Fellow at Berkman Klein Centre of Harvard University where she conducts research on Child Development in the context of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic systems. Her work lies on the intersection of research, design and policy and contributes to designing and evaluating systems that align with and support Children's Rights and well-being. Her interests focus on bridging the gap between scientific evidence and policy implementation in cross-nation and cross-cultural settings to enable young people to thrive globally. Vicky has published in leading academic journals and conferences across disciplines including education, human-robot interaction, design, robotics, and ethics. She has consulted major international organizations and leading technology research institutes. Before joining Harvard, Vicky worked as a Research Scientist at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission focusing on the impact of AI on Human Behaviour from a "Science for Policy" perspective.
