Vanessa is the national coordinator of the Que Maestro program. Teacher training and mentoring program, develops leadership and innovation skills in teachers at different levels of education. This program encourages teachers to see themselves as learners, and enhance their students leadership and the development of social-emotional skills. Since its inception in 2018, the program has more than 500 alumni around the country. https://ensenaperu.org/quemaestro I am a communicator and graduate of the Enseña Perú leadership program. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in education. And I teach at a higher education institute. I enjoy traveling, talking with students, teachers, local people and sharing different perspectives as well as enjoying nature.
