Vaibhav Jindal

Vaibhav Jindal serves as Senior Consultant in the Office of the Union Minister of Education, Government of India. He is responsible for advising the Minister on the implementation of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and design of related programs, schemes and initiatives. Previously, he has worked as State Programme Officer in Government of Chhattisgarh and worked with administration of Left Wing Extremism affected districts in building data systems enabling them to track education outcomes indicators, and designing remedial interventions for around 500,000 children. He has also worked closely with the State Education Department of Government of Jammu & Kashmir where he led the project focused on improving learning outcomes through capacity building of 84,950 teachers in a difficult geographical terrain and conflict ridden region involving frequent violence and lockdown. He received a master's degree in Education Policy, Economics and International Development from Institute of Education, University College London as a Commonwealth Scholar.
