Tim Hughes has been Deputy Executive Director of the International Bar Association for two decades, working on its rule of law, human rights and other international legal programmes and objectives. He is also a Trustee of its charity Eyewitness to Atrocities. Prior to this he held senior management positions in several multinational FTSE 100 companies, and also acted as an adviser in post-war Croatia. He is a published author on themes of culture and heritage.
