Terhas Berhe is a photographer, film producer and casting director. Her work focuses on the everyday to social issues that look critically at notions of documentary storytelling. Terhas worked with global organizations and her pictures serve as communicators among worlds, continents, and human beings: NGOs, donors, local leaders, workers, heroines and heroes. Capturing the wisdom and struggle of every organization, its people and the communities they impact are her greatest source of inspiration. As a photographer, she deeply believes that every human being has a powerful story to share if we give them time and space. Each of her portraits give an insight into a hidden world.
