Teresa is a Senior Specialist at IEFP. She is a sociologist with a postgraduate degree in Sociology of Work and Organizations. Her professional experience is focused on adult vocational training and recognition of prior learning she has experience in development of programs for skills recognition; monitoring and providing technical support to the network of teams developing competency recognition and is an accredited trainer. Teresa also serves as a board member of a vocational training center for the hospitality and food service sector.
