Tendai is a development practitioner and researcher focused on pro-poor development across Africa. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the SIVIO Institute, a Pan-African think tank established in 2018 to promote inclusive societies through innovative policy thinking and citizen engagement. His work explores themes such as citizen agency, solidarity, philanthropy, public policy, civil society, social entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and land and agrarian reform.
