Obol Sunday Jimmy is a Medical Anthropologist and Global Health researcher with extensive experience in community-centered health systems, infodemic management, and humanitarian response across Sub-Saharan Africa. He specializes in qualitative research, health policy analysis, and participatory program evaluation, having supported initiatives with WHO, UNICEF, UK-Med, and other global partners. His work has focused on epidemic preparedness, vaccine demand, mental health and psychosocial support, and health equity. Jimmy has designed and led field studies in Uganda, Kenya, and beyond, contributing to the development of inclusive health strategies in emergency and development contexts. He holds an MA in Medical Anthropology from Gulu University and a BSc in Environmental Health Sciences. With a strong background in stakeholder engagement and social behavior change, he is passionate about advancing equitable, community-driven solutions in health systems and policy reform across low-resource settings.
