Stéphane Segreto-Aguilar is director of Relais Culture Europe, the French national contact point for the Creative Europe program, where he supports cultural and creative organizations in designing and delivering European projects, with a strong emphasis on democratic and societal transitions. His work lies at the intersection of European cultural policy, international cooperation, and network leadership. With nearly two decades of experience in European cultural cooperation, Stéphane focuses on building international artistic partnerships and strengthening collaboration among cultural stakeholders. He is also a board member of On the Move, the international network for artistic and cultural mobility. Stéphane previously held senior international relations roles at the French National Center for Circus, Street, and Theatre Arts (ARTCENA) and coordinated Circostrada, the European network for contemporary circus and outdoor arts.
