Sofia Frech Innovation in Education Advisor, Fundacion Reintegra, Mexico. Sofia is an advisor in several organizations in the field of educational innovation. She works on improving the education model for youth at risk in one of the poorest and more violent areas of Mexico City. She is also collaborating to design and start a large online educational platform aimed to offer high quality education for Spanish speakers with difficult economic situations in Latin America. The last 20 years helped develop Sofia's professional career in the public sphere, and before entering in the public sector, she was teacher and educational researcher at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM). Sofia is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
