Siti Hawarina Simbolon Mulia is the founder of Women in the Future. In this role, she has empowered more than 3,500 women and young people through economic inclusion, leadership development, and community-rooted initiatives shaped by lived experience. As a social entrepreneur, she drives inclusive change at the intersection of gender equality, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship across Asia. Her work spans entrepreneurship, education, youth leadership, and gender equality, grounded in a strong belief that enterprise is a powerful catalyst for long-term social transformation. Siti Hawarina is also actively involved in managing and supporting entrepreneurship and business development initiatives that equip founders with critical skills in digitalization, innovation, and growth. Previously, she served as a moderator at the Dubai Expo in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, contributing to high-level dialogue on development and innovation. Siti Hawarina has spoken at global forums in the United States, China, Dubai, and across Asia, contributing practitioner perspectives to international conversations on inclusive growth. Siti Hawarina is an alumna of the Impact Pioneer Fellowship in Climate Entrepreneurship by the Swedish Institute and of the U.S.-based YSEALI Social Entrepreneurship program, where she strengthened her expertise in building impact-driven and sustainable business models.
