Sepehr Sharifzadeh is the founder of Producers, Agents and Distributors Alliance (PADA), a global network spanning more than 30 countries dedicated to solidarity-based collaboration and knowledge sharing. He is a curator, cultural intermediary, and strategic advisor working across performing arts, mobility, and international collaboration. His practice centers on creating multi-voiced, transnational projects that challenge institutional assumptions and cultivate equitable exchange between artists, organizations, and communities. Sepehr serves on the advisory committee of the International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts (IETM) and has acted as an external evaluator for several European mobility and curatorial grants. He works internationally to develop curatorial frameworks, capacity-building initiatives, and cross-border dialogues that contribute to more connected, equitable, and sustainable cultural ecosystems. Sepehr has curated and advised on projects and festivals for institutions such as the European Festivals Association, The Festival Academy, BOZAR, and the global online festival Re-connect. An International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) Fellow, Sepehr is also a Salzburg Global Fellow who participated in multiple sessions throughout the years.
