Saul is the Director of Strategy and Delivery Support in the Private Office of the President in South Africa, where he works on economic reform, climate finance and other strategic policy initiatives. He was educated at the University of the Witwatersrand and Oxford University, where he completed a Master of Public Policy as a Rhodes Scholar.
