Sarah Arfeen is a trainee with the Council of the European Union, working on education, youth, culture, and sport matters. Previously, Sarah has worked at the German Commission for UNESCO. She is interested in designing public policy that is participatory, humanistic, feminist and interdisciplinary. Sarah holds an M.A. and B.A. from the University of Bonn in Germany.
