Sara Mihalik

Sara Mihalik is an operations and administration assistant at Salzburg Global. In her role, she supports key operational and administrative processes across the organization, including participant registrations, travel and visa coordination, and other activities that help ensure the smooth delivery of Salzburg Global's programs. Prior to joining Salzburg Global, Sara worked with the Austrian Canoe Federation, where she managed a project aimed at increasing the participation and visibility of girls and women in kayaking. She previously worked with the International Testing Agency, supporting international education initiatives in anti-doping and clean sport. Before transitioning into her professional career, Sara was an elite kayak athlete for 18 years, becoming a World and European Champion. She holds a B.Sc. in agricultural engineering , which she completed alongside her sporting career.
