Ruchira Das is an arts leader with over 20 years of experience working with various arts organizations across cities in India. She is an ARThink South Asia Fellow 2015-16 and a Global Fellow at ISPA 2016 & 2018. She was a participant of the Atelier for Festival Managers in 2014 and Australia International Arts Leadership programme in 2017-18. In 2013, she founded ThinkArts, a not for profit organization creating imaginative experiences for children through an engagement with the arts. ThinkArts has worked in museums, schools, theatres and heritage spaces across India and presented over 20 international shows for young audiences. Ruchira works as a consultant in the field of arts and education, led workshops and mentoring sessions and taught courses on strategic planning for arts professionals. She is also the deputy director of ARThinkSouth Asia and since 2020, working as artistic director, Arthshila with multi arts spaces in 4 locations across India.
