Ruchira Das

Ruchira Das is an arts leader with over 25 years of experience working with organizations in India and internationally. In 2013, she founded ThinkArts, a non-profit organisation that creates imaginative arts experiences for children. ThinkArts has collaborated with museums, schools, theatres, and heritage spaces across India, working with artists from India and around the world. She currently serves as Artistic Director at Arthshila, where she oversees programming across six multi-arts centers. She also works independently as an arts management tutor, consultant, and strategic advisor. Previously, she worked as Director Arts, India at the British Council. Ruchira has been part of several prestigious programs, including the ARThink South Asia Fellowship, the Global Fellowship at the International Society for the Performing Arts, the International Arts Leaders program by Creative Australia, and Salzburg Global.
