Roula is a Principal at the Office of Development Affairs at the UAE Presidential Court, providing strategy advisory and cross-sectoral thought leadership. Formerly, Roula was responsible for steering the strategy development for a media company operating in the Middle East and had setup and led a Program Management Office. Prior to that she was a consultant with Booz & Company's public sector practice and worked on projects in the Arabian Gulf and North Africa. Roula holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut, with distinction. She is the co-author of the book 'Looking Ahead: The Sustainable Global Agenda' published by Thinkers50. Roula is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
