Rosana Santos

Rosana Santos is executive director of the E+ Energy Transition Institute, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. With over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, she previously served as an executive at companies such as Enel, Alstom/GE, and EDP, as well as a board member of the Brazilian Wind Energy Association (ABEEólica) for 13 years and project coordinator at the Ministry of Mines and Energy. In addition, Rosana worked as a researcher at FGV CERI, the University of Oldenburg, Germany, Imperial College London, UK, and CIRED, Paris, France. She is a member of the Council of Engineers for Energy Transition (CEET) at the United Nations and serves as a volunteer professor across various university departments, (Poli, IEE e Geografia).
