Before joining Keshig, Roosevelt served as the Chief of Staff for the Office of Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict at the U.S. Department of Defense. Roosevelt is a U.S. Navy Special Operations veteran and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and HEC Paris.
