Robert Mundheim

Robert Mundheim is a member of the board of directors of the Salzburg Global Seminar, a trustee of the New School, the American College of Governance Counsel, and the Curtis Institute of Music, and of counsel to Allen and Overy Shearman Sterling. Robert is a professor of law and business at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. Robert has been the general counsel of the US Treasury and of Salomon, Inc., and special counsel to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Robert has also been the university professor of law and finance at the University of Pennsylvania and dean of its Law School. Robert previously served as a director of Commerce Clearing House, Inc., Gogo Inc., First Pennsylvania Bank, Benjamin Moore and Company, eCollege, Inc., and Hypo Real Estate. Robert also served as president of the American Academy in Berlin and held several leadership positions at the National Association of Securities Dealers. Robert holds a B.A. from Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and an L.L.B. from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Robert holds honorary doctorates from the New School and the University of Arizona. He is a Fellow of Salzburg Global.
