Robert (Bob) Mundheim is a member of the board of directors of the Salzburg Global Seminar; a trustee of the New School, the American College of Governance Counsel, and the Curtis Institute of Music; Of Counsel to A&O Shearman; and a Professor of Law and Business at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. He has been the General Counsel of the US Treasury and of Salomon, Inc. and special counsel to the SEC. He has also been the University Professor of Law & Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and Dean of its Law School. He previously served as a director of Commerce Clearing House, Inc.; Gogo Inc.; First Pennsylvania Bank; Benjamin Moore & Co.; eCollege, Inc., and Hypo Real Estate. In addition, he served as president of the American Academy in Berlin and held several leadership positions at the National Association of Securities Dealers. Bob graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and an L.L.B. from Harvard Law School. He holds honorary doctorates from the New School and the University of Arizona.
