Rhoda Aguonigho is a Pan-African culture practitioner and consultant, and the executive director of Lhaude Africa, where she empowers creative entrepreneurs and talents across the continent through education, mentorship, and community building. She combines her professional background as an educator with her passion for the creative industry. Rhoda has taught over 2,000 students on topics such as fashion business development, community building, and sustainable fashion. She has facilitated training for organizations like the African Development Bank's "Fashnomics" initiative, Immerse Coaching Company, and Falmouth University in the United Kingdom. Rhoda has also collaborated with the British Council, The Creative Economy Practice, Lagos Fashion Week, the African Development Bank, and the United Nations Conscious Fashion Lifestyle Network. She holds a degree in Language Arts and Education from Obafemi Awolowo University and a diploma in Business Management from King's University London.
