Regina Penalva Orozco

Regina is a Mexican early childhood practitioner working at the intersection of child rights and systems change, with over five years of experience across early years education, NGOs, and social impact organisations in Latin American contexts. She is currently a Programme Management Officer at Coram International (UK), where she supports the management and delivery of child rights research and consultancy projects across multiple countries. She holds an MA in International Child Rights and Development from King's College London. She is passionate about creating more equitable, developmentally appropriate, and culturally meaningful environments for children, with particular interests in early childhood development, child participation, and decolonial approaches to childhood.
