Raymond Hyma is a conflict transformation adviser at Women Peace Makers and co-developer of Facilitative Listening Design. This participatory action research approach leverages listening within communities to gather information and foster mutual understanding through the process itself. A two-time Rotary Peace Fellow and recent Asia-Pacific Leadership Fellow at the East-West Center, he is currently a Rei Foundation Scholar working towards a Ph.D. at the University of Otago in New Zealand.
