Rawand Arqawi is a producer and cultural manager from Jenin, Palestine. In 2013, she founded Fragments Theatre, producing numerous performances and workshops since its inception. However, she began her career at the Freedom Theatre, where she worked as a production coordinator for nearly six years under theatre artist Juliano Mer-Khamis. During this time, she coordinated dozens of performances, workshops, international tours, and exchanges while managing communications, international volunteers, fundraising, and logistics. Rawand is passionate about using the arts as a tool of resistance and social change. Beyond her work with the Freedom Theatre, Rawand has contributed to various local artistic projects and worked as a production assistant for Al Jazeera Children.
