Rajroshan Sawhney leads Partnerships for Google Research in Health AI and Sustainability. At Google, he has been pivotal in driving the adoption of human-centered AI in healthcare, particularly in low-resource environments across APAC. Raj forges strategic alliances with regulators, policymakers, and academic institutions, translating research into real-world applications. Raj holds a BE (Hons) in Computer Science from BITS Pilani and is a member of Mensa International. He is also an active participant in the Indo-German Young Leaders Forum (IGYLF), a non-partisan platform strengthening bilateral relations including climate change and health. Raj frequently speaks at marquee health research and academic forums, including a recent talk at Stanford University on translating AI research into real-world clinical applications, and at the AIIMS Annual Research Conference on the use of generative AI in healthcare.
