Rajendra Mulmi is the regional director of Asia at Search for Common Ground and oversees Search's programs in seven countries across Central, South, and Southeast Asia. Rajendra joined Search in 2006 in Nepal and held various positions, including Director of Programs and Country Director. Rajendra founded and led two of Nepal's pioneer youth organizations, Youth Initiative and the Association of Youth Organizations in Nepal. He has over 15 years of experience designing and managing peacebuilding programs, providing strategic vision and leadership to organizations, and networking. He is interested in youth, peace, and security, and more recently, in expanding the field of digital peacebuilding. Rajendra is from Kathmandu, Nepal, and holds an M.A. from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom.
