Deputy secretary general/Head of Prison Service, Ministry of justice, Estonia
Over 20 years of experience as manager in the Estonian public sector in the area of criminal justice, social policy. Masters level in social work and European studies. Rich experience working at international level. Experienced and interested in criminal justice and prison reforms. Rait is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
