Raimund Lainer
Head of HR-Development, SPAR, Austria
Raimund Lainer holds degrees in Theology and Psychology and has earned an MBA. He has been with SPAR Österreichische Warenhandels-AG since 2002, specializing in personnel development. In 2008, he assumed the role of Head of Corporate Personnel Development, where he oversees the strategic direction and advancement of HR and training programs for SPAR—a leading retail company employing approximately 100,000 people in Austria and operating additional locations and subsidiaries in Slovenia, Croatia, and Italy.
