Rafal Kierzenkowski

Rafal Kierzenkowski is Senior Counsellor for Strategic Foresight and Head of the Strategic Foresight Unit at the OECD, a role he has held since January 2023. He leads efforts to mainstream strategic foresight across the Organisation, strengthen government foresight capacity, and apply long-term analysis to key OECD priorities and global policy debates. He previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor in the Office of the Secretary-General from 2018, advising OECD leadership on economic and policy priorities. He joined the OECD in 2007 and has contributed to economic surveillance and policy analysis across numerous member and partner countries. He holds a Doctorate in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
