Rafaela Achatz is a psychologist (MSc in Clinical Psychology) at University of São Paulo - USP. She develops research in indigenous health and ethnology, focusing on intercultural devices for psychosocial care for indigenous peoples. She is a research advisor at the NGO Associação Saúde Sem Limites - Health Unlimited (SSL). She is a member of the Environment, Diversity and Health research group (ENSP-FIOCRUZ). She is a clinical supervisor at the Psychological Care Center of the Indigenous Support Network (IP-USP). She is a member of the Research Group on Ethnology, Linguistics and Indigenous Health - ETNOLINSI (CNPq) and the Support Collective for the Yuhupdëh, Hupd'äh, Dow and Nadëb Peoples (CAPYHDN).
