Radha Ruparell

Radha has worked with CEOs, Fortune 500 executives, social entrepreneurs, & grassroots leaders worldwide on personal and collective transformation. She heads the Global Leadership Accelerator at Teach For All, supporting thousands of leaders across 60+ countries to ensure all children reach their full potential. Radha also serves as Chief Learning Officer for the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, focusing on inner leadership and systemic change. Previously, she co-founded Youth to Youth (Y2Y), the largest movement of young people to bring innovative ideas to the World Bank. She also led work on public-private partnerships that expanded access to essential medicines across Africa and Asia. Radha is the author of Brave Now, co-editor of What Leadership We Need Now, and hosts a monthly talk series for the People First Community, a cross-sector coalition advocating for a new paradigm to advance sustainable development. She holds an MBA/MPA from Harvard.
