Radha Ruparell

Radha Ruparell is Chief Learning Officer at Teach For All’s Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, where she leads work on Human Flourishing and the Future of Education, exploring how education can cultivate human potential, inner transformation, and collective leadership. She also co-leads the BOLD Fellowship, bringing together leaders from some of the world’s most transformational schools and learning environments to advance global learning on how to develop young people who can shape a better future for all of us. Radha has worked across sectors with CEOs, social entrepreneurs, and community leaders on strategy, human transformation, and systems change. Her earlier work in global health helped shape partnerships that expanded access to medicines for millions of children across Africa and Asia. She holds an MBA/MPA from Harvard and is the author of Brave Now and co-editor of What Leadership We Need Now?
