Rachel Bayefsky is an associate professor of law at the University of Virginia School of Law. The courses she has taught include International Law, International Civil Litigation, and Federal Courts. She earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Law Journal, and received a D.Phil. in political theory from the University of Oxford, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
