Rachel Baxter is a senior manager of outreach and engagement in the Washington, DC, office of Salzburg Global. In this role, Rachel designs the engagement and events strategy in the United States. Rachel also works with events for the Cutler Center for the Rule of Law. Prior to joining the team at Salzburg Global, Rachel worked in higher education advancement at Georgetown University where she managed various alumni volunteer initiatives as well as at the University of Pittsburgh where she managed a portfolio of programs and events to engage alumni and donors across the US. Rachel holds a B.S. in communication and B.A. in Spanish from Slippery Rock University, PA, USA, as well as a Masters of Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh, PA, USA. Rachel is an avid traveler and is based in Washington, DC.
